1. During checkout, you can add a free returns label to your order, simply click the option to add a Beauty Circle Return Label to your cart. Alternatively, email us at hello@emmalewisham.com to request a Beauty Circle Return label.

2. Pop your empty vessels into an old box. We ask that you collect four empty vessels before returning them to help reduce carbon emissions.

3. Close it back up and pop the free return shipping label on the top. Drop it to your nearest post office.

Drop off in-store

A selection of our retail partners also have an Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle Returns box in-store for you to drop off your Emma Lewisham empties to be refilled or recycled, look for the asterisk (*) by each retailer’s name to find your nearest drop off point here.

Drop off in-store

You can take your empties back to any MECCA store in Australia and store team members will be able to assist in returning your empties via the Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle program. While you won't receive points for your returns, we recommend signing up to MECCA’s Beauty Loop to enjoy its incredible benefits and earn points for all your new purchases.

Via Post

2. Pop your vessels into an old box. We ask that you collect at least four empty vessels before returning them to help reduce carbon emissions. Place the return shipping label on the box and drop it to your nearest post office.

3. Close your box back up and pop the free return shipping label on or write FREEPOST EMMA LEWISHAM BEAUTY CIRCLE on the top (with your previous order number). Drop it to your nearest post office.

Via Courier or Drop off

1. Collect at least six empty pods before returning them to help reduce carbon emissions. All Emma Lewisham cardboard packaging and boxes are curbside recyclable, we kindly ask that you do not send these back to us.

2. Pop your empty pods into an old box. 

3. Please contact hello@emmalewisham.com and provide:

• The number of empty pods you are returning
• The weight & dimensions of the filled package Height (mm), Length (mm), Width (mm), Weight (grams).
• Previous order number – so we can add Beauty Circle Reward points to your account.
• Pick up address or DHL drop off location (if known).

We will generate a return label, and email this to you to print and place on the package. You can then schedule a convenient day/time for pick up or drop off at a DHL location.
